For this season we are offering;
Full day 1:1 Tuition €400
Half day 1:1 Tuition €280
Sometimes when you are learning how to sail, or park a yacht in the marina you just need practice. This can be difficult to achieve in a group environment, and while you get the chance to do the exercise, some people still feel that they may not have fully cracked a particular task. 1:1 Tuiton is ideal for repetitive practical maneuvers that help you to get a proficiency in a particular area through intensive repetition.
Many students have benefited enormously from 1:1 tuition in learning how to park. By parking 10 or 20 times in a row, you really master it. Your crew might be bored stiff watching you park that many times, and thats the beauty of 1:1 tuition, there are no crew, its just you and your Yachtmaster Cruising Instructor.
If you are a busy person and cant afford the time to dedicate 5 full days to completing a course, its very likely, particularly if you are a quick learner that we could complete the entire syllabus of that course in 2 days with 1:1 tuition. If time is money for you, then this certainly provides the solution.
Some students book 1:1 tuiton before going on a charter holiday, this is an incredibly smart move. Not only does it make you far less likely to damage the charter yacht ( which you have a considerable deposit down) but you go into your charter on the front foot, feeling far more confident in your ability to handle the yacht, as a consequence, you don’t stress when trying to park the yacht, and you don’t cause any stress on your family. You cannot put a price on this!

A half day sesson is usually from 0930 – 1300 or 1400 – 1730 but the start time can be tailored to suit you.
A full day session would be 0930 – 1730 typically with a short break for lunch, but the exact start and end times can be tailored to suit you.
2:1 Tuition is also available this season;
